Bop Management provides food and beverage management consulting and operational services to restaurants, hotels, event venues, and hospitality businesses. The descriptions of services on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. Specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between Bop Management and the client.
SMS messaging from Bop Management is strictly opt-in. You will only receive text messages if you have explicitly consented by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase or service.
By opting in to Bop Management's SMS program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Bop Management sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include updates about our services, promotional offers, industry information, and other communications related to food and beverage management.
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Bop Management is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Bop Management at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. Your opt-out does not affect your ability to receive our services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability depends on your carrier and network coverage. Not all mobile devices or service plans may support SMS messaging.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Bop Management makes no representations or warranties that the Site will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
